A quick reference guide for when you can access the event site, right from pack in to pack out.

Site Opening Hours
  • 13-18 March: 7am - 5.30pm
  • HQ opens from 7.30am onwards
Information
  • Vehicles are allowed on-site during these times only
  • High vis must be worn at all times during this period
  • Please allow time for induction check-in (you will only need to do this once)
  • During this period vehicles must drive at walking pace
  • If you require additional time outside of these dates/times please contact us cdfielddays@stuff.co.nz

Outdoor sites - Available from Friday 13 March

Ag & Rural Lifestyle Pavilions - Available from Monday 16 March

Cuisine, Marketplace, Lifestyle Courtyard & any OE sites - Available from Tuesday 17 March

Event Days - Vehicle Access

19-21 March 2026

Site Opening Hours
  • 19-21 March: 6:30am - 8:30am & 4.30pm-6.30pm
Information
  • During these periods, vehicles must drive at walking pace at all times
  • High-Vis must be worn at all times during this period
  • Vehicles must be parked in the Exhibitor Car Park by 8:30am
  • Vehicles are not permitted to be parked on your site during the event unless they are an important part of your display

  • During these hours vehicles must be parked in the Exhibitor Carpark
  • Vehicles are not permitted to be parked on your site during these hours
To note

Pack out

21-25 March 2026

Site Opening Hours
  • 21 March: 4:30pm - 6:30pm
  • 22-24 March: 7am - 5:30pm
  • 25 March: 7am-11:30am
Information
  • During this period vehicles must drive at walking pace
  • Power will be uninstalled on the evening of the event finishing
  • High-Vis must be worn at all times during this period
  • If you did not attend pack in, you will need to be inducted onto the site during this period
To note

Pavilions and all other covered sites must be cleared by 11:30am Monday 23 March

Outdoor sites must be fully cleared by 11:30am Wednesday 25 March
