All Exhibitors must complete our Public Liability and Risk Assessment forms below:
This form must be completed by Exhibitors with structures or marquees 100sqm or over:
Any Exhibitor selling Food must complete the below form:

Any Exhibitors selling Alcohol must complete this form:
If you are a non food exhibitor and wish to host clients or offer complimentary giveaways and samples you must complete this form.

This form must be completed by any exhibitor who is running a competition on their site:

This form must be completed by any exhibitor who has invited another company to exhibit on their site
You can pre-book a forklift prior to coming onsite. Each time slot is 30 minutes so please ensure that you book enough time for the type of lift. Bookings are ONLY for unloading and loading, NOT moving items around in your site.
